In this present day to get a proper Guru, who has awakened the Mantra properly by prescribed number of mantra recitations called purascharana (Million of recitation) traditionally is very difficult. It is also extremely difficult to get a guru, who can get you proper mantra through different away of analyzing your astrological natal chart, D-20 chart etc. Time and distance are surely a factor. Mantra cannot be initiated without following certain minimum guidelines.

1) In the absence of direct contact between guru and the aspirant, both should have a chance to know each other’s face, without knowing each other the mantra will be futile.

2) Guru should get the birth details i.e., place, time, date of Birth. Analyze the natal chart, D-20 chart etc. and finalize the mantra & deity.

3) Fix the date of initiation by analyzing Chandra sudhi etc. & conform the date & time of initiation. Discuss about the Istha Devata of the aspirant.

4) There should be discussion between Guru and the aspirant.

5) After sending the mantra manual details to the aspirant, better to give that mantra over telephone, verbally repeating the mantra few times.

6) After all the formalities are completed, both should sit together for meditation for few minutes & transfer the energy to the aspirant.
